Honda CBR1100 XX Blackbird +8 Stretch drag race tail
This tail section is stretched eight inches over stock length. It has a dual step in the seat pan area for drag racing launches. This is the newest style of seat that Kent Stotz is using on his shoot out bike.
Manufacturing Notes:
- We fabricate each fiberglass part to order.
- Fabrication Lead Time UPDATE: Most fiberglass orders will ship within 6 weeks.
- *This part requires CUSTOM installation.
- Cutting, Sanding, Drilling, AND PAINTING likely required.
- Of course, all products require installation once you receive. Common sense is also required.

Our custom made bodywork is... CUSTOM MADE! So we can make it however you want it.
If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.
If you don't want it thicker, please request "RACE-THIN" in the custom request.
We can also pre-prime or pre-paint your parts for additional charges.

Honda CBR1100 XX Blackbird Race tank
This is a lightweight fiberglass race tank for the black bird. This fuel tank saves almost ten pounds off of the top of your motorcycle. You'll notice an immediate handling difference in your motorcycle without all that weight on the top of it. This fuel tank has no provisions for the fuel level sending unit and comes with two 3/8ths bungs in the bottom for external fuel pumps only.

This gas tank is two inches narrower and three inches lower that stock gas tank. Don't even think about racing a bike without using one of these smaller gas tanks. The black bird gas tank is huge! Not only does that thing weigh a ton, but it's just a monster to try to crawl around. This slammed gas tank is the solution! This is an exaggerated version of our slammed fuel tank for the Black Bird. This tank is the next step smaller for those very serious drag racers like Kent Stotz. This tank will be used on his shoot out bike in his attempt to regain the Pro Star Championship in 2005.

This fairing is identical in exterior shape to your original black bird upper fairing with the exception that the headlight holes have been filled in for competition use. This fairing is used extensively in drag racing by multi-time street bike shoot out champion Kent Stotz. It also has dual step that you can slide on up onto so you can flatten out your back for those high speed passes. The tail section also has a license plate bracket molded into the back of it.
