HONDA CR750 '69-'77 SINGLE OVERHEAD CAM ONLY
There's a story behind every piece of bodywork we offer here at Airtech. The story behind our acquisition of this 69-70 Honda CR 750 stuff is a particularly interesting one. Every once in a while we stumble across some old molds for vintage racing machines.
As it happens, Air Tech's founder Kent Riches came into possession of some Greasy Dick Kilgore molds made by his company, Fibercraft, back in the late 60's and early 70's. These particular molds turned out to be from a CR 750.
In his time, Greasy Dick was known to walk around the pits and borrow parts. He'd then walk around the corner and make a mold of them before returning them. In this case, the story goes Greasy Dick borrowed Dick Mann's 69' road race gas tank and bodywork, popped out of sight and promptly made molds of the stuff. Being curious, we checked into it, looked inside the molds and compared what we saw to old pictures from the race. The striping that was indented in the molds was identical to the striping on Mann's gas tank for the famous 69' Daytona 200 race.
Our conclusion is that these parts are exact replicas of the 69' Dick Mann CR 750. Cool, huh? We've got gas tanks, several seats, and a fairing assembly.
These body panels will fit on a 69'-72' CB750 SOHC (Single Overhead Cam) street bike with a little modification.
Wouldn't that be neat? Whether you are restoring a CR, or want to cafe race an old street bike, this is unquestionably the most appropriate and classic stuff you could possibly want.
We make more parts for the Honda CB 750! We have several seat options for both K & F models, SOHC and DOHC. Check out our vintage seats pages for more seat options. There is a nice bubble seat that actually uses the stock latches and flips up, and a F-series race tail as well! A few other seats can be fitted to the CB chassis no problem. You'll find some cafe tanks, quarter fairings and fenders as well!

CR7501 - 68/72 HONDA CR750 FAIRING
CR750 Full fairing
Exact replica of the kit fairing assembly that Honda offered for the CB750's. This classic one-piece race fairing assembly is extremely popular for vintage conversions. A tall fairing assembly works well with most street bike chassis; the open belly pan at the bottom allows you to adjust the width of the bottom. You can suck the fairing in real tight if you are installing on a 350 or 450 twin or spread it out wide if you are putting it on a 6 cylinder CBX. This is a very versatile and universal fairing assembly for a lot of applications. This is the classis cafe fairing that you need for your conversion.
