Got a sweet ole’ green Ninja in need of some new duds? Permit Airtech to be your Kawasaki ZX7R tailor. Whether you be racer, street rider, or superbike stud we’ve got the bodywork you want. First of all, our replacement upper has dual headlight holes so it can bolt right onto street machines. Or you can choose our competition upper with all the holes filled in, which you can also customize to accept some sweet projector headlights if you want to venture out with your bike in public.
We’ve got left and right lowers for your pleasure, front and rear fenders to drool upon, and even a lightweight fuel tank for your baby. The solo tail section we offer is styled like the ZX7R race seat.
Our Superbike bodywork is similar to the stuff Dale Quarterly campaigned in the ’94-’95 season. This bodywork consists simply of an upper and lower section, with only one parting seam down the middle. The radiator section has been modified to match the radiator perfectly and thereby prevent high pressure bleed off of air. The leading edges of the fairing have been flowed and all openings in the lower filled in to give our Superbike bodywork a distinct advantage over the stock pieces.
Wouldn’t you know it? We even have a pressurized air box kit worth a 5-7 percent horsepower advantage at speed. So just buy it from us. Dammit, buy all of it. It’ll save weight, look good, and make you feel special.

ZX7R6 - 91/95 ZX7R REAR FENDER

This is the direct replacement for the black plastic fender that mounts on to your swing arm. This piece keeps dirt from being thrown on to your shock assembly and the back of your motor. 2ZX7R4 - 93/95 ZX7R SUPERSPORT TAIL SECTION
Kawasaki ZX7R Supersport seat
This is a one-piece tail for your Kawasaki ZX7R. We’ve basically molded the left and right seat sides, solo seat cowl, and tail light area as a one-piece unit. This tail is legal for most race organizations and really cool for custom street bikes. Street guys will cut the tail light hole and silicone in their tail light then mount it on their chassis for that race bike look. This is definitely the coolest tail section for the Kawasaki ZX7R out there. Get yours today!

Want to make some extra horsepower for your Kawasaki ZX7R? Get one of our FIM Superbike pressurized air boxes. This airbox utilizes the regular single intake and is our recommendation for a street bike. Easier to install than the AMA airbox above, but still requires decent mechanical ability. Comes with the airbox trim.

Remove all that stock heavy black plastic and lighten up the back of your bike. This piece attaches inside of our supersport or superbike race tail and cleans up the inside bottom of your race bike (requires trimming). This is a must have to finish off the underside of your bike.

This is the bottom half to our two-piece SB fairing assembly. The right and left lowers, the front radiator shroud, and the oil containment belly pan are all molded as a one-piece unit. The upper and lower will split around the base gasket for easy access. This fairing is cut open on the left hand side for the Kawasaki ZX7R generators and does have a side stand provision.
This upper fairing only works with our matching Superbike upper fairing (2ZX7RSB2).

This radiator shroud is a cool piece that fits around the fork legs and helps direct air through the radiator instead of bleeding off over the top of it.
This shroud only works with our matching World Superbike upper fairing (2ZX7RWSB1).

2ZX7R3 - 93/95 ZX7R LEFT LOWER

This is an affordable replacement part for the expensive Kawasaki ZX7R lower fairing. Although our panel is identical in exterior size and shape to the Kawasaki piece, we do not do the inside tabs from the inner radiator guards. But hey, thats no big deal, people usually just silicone them in. A crafty guy can figure it out and save himself a ton of money over the stock Kawasaki piece. So replace that busted or scratched up bodywork for your ZX7R today.
