Kawasaki ZX7R Competition upper fairing
This is perfect for the track day guy, who wants to save his stock upper and expensive headlights from possible crash damage. This uses the stock windscreen and attaches at the stock mounting positions. Custom street bike guys love this because they can cut any headlight shape in the front that they wish, or they can install driving lights.

ZX7R11 - 91/92 ZX7R AIR BOX
Kawasaki ZX7R Airbox
We designed this airbox in the early 90′ s for road racer Lee Shirts. This is one of our first experiments with pressurized air boxes. It helped give Lee so much horsepower the bike spit him off at Pomona and gave him his first concussion.
This panel takes and experienced fabricator to install. It is installed over the motor between the frame spars, and the bottom of the fuel tank acts as a lid so proper sealing (with weatherstripping material) is important. Cutting, drilling and trimming is required and the ignition coil has to be relocated. But, it is well worth the effort once you get it mounted. Expect to see horsepower increases in a range of 5-7%.

ZX7R10 - 91/92 ZX7R UNDER SEAT ENCLOSE RACE

This piece finishes the underside of the tail section on your race bike. Custom street guys like them too. Takes some cutting and trimming, But a crafty guy can mount it faster than he can finish off a six-pack.

ZX7R9 - 91/92 ZX7R LOWER CENTER RAD GUARD

This is that little piece that fits between the right and left lowers and mounts behind the front fender. A lot of guys don’ t use these pieces anymore, but if you want to we have them available. Their a little tricky to install, we see people zip tie them on and glue them on with clear silicone. But a craft guy can figure it out in a few minutes.

If you find this panel in the salvage yards it will be all dried up and impossible to restore, you never know what scum you’ re going to get on e-bay, and lord know that Kawasaki wants way to much for there parts. So what are you going to do? Get our piece, of course! This panel is identical in exterior size and shape to the stock Kawasaki piece with the exception that we do not do the tabs on the inside for the radiator guards. That’ s no big deal though; a crafty guy can figure it out in a matter of minuets and save himself a ton of money. Freshen up the look of your Kawasaki ZX7R with our side fairings today!
