Buell RSS1200Tail section
This is a direct replacement tail section for the RSS. These parts aren't available from Buell anymore, but they are available from us. If you're replacing crash damaged or want to restore an RSS give us a call, we've got the parts that you need.
Manufacturing Notes:
- We fabricate each fiberglass part to order.
- Fabrication Lead Time UPDATE: Most fiberglass orders will ship within 6 weeks.
- *This part requires CUSTOM installation.
- Cutting, Sanding, Drilling, AND PAINTING likely required.
- Of course, all products require installation once you receive. Common sense is also required.

If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.
If you don't want it thicker, please request "RACE-THIN" in the custom request.
We can also pre-prime or pre-paint your parts for additional charges.

The picture shows this dash mantle upside down, but this is actually the right part you need for your RS1200. Stock fiberglass pieces are brittle and break easily our lightweight fiberglass piece is a direct replacement. Simply drill the mounting holes, mount it onto your chassis, and go riding.

This is a direct replacement part for the RSS1200. Simply drill the mounting holes, sand, paint, and install.

This is the piece that mounts to the fairing below the gas tank. As you can see from the picture the oval air filter cover has been filled in because a lot of guys use it as an S & S tear drop air filter cover. This allows you to cut and trim to fit around whichever air filter cover you're using. Or cut it open, if you're using a stock one, for an accurate restoration.

This is the left side panel that mounts to the fairing and fits below the gas tank in front of the seat sides. To replace this piece simply drill the mounting holes, paint, and install.

Rear fender: This is the rear fender license plate bracket for your RSS. Sold in fiberglass but is also available in carbon fiber.
