Yamaha YZF100 R1 Super sport race kit
This kit assembly is our two piece race fairing assembly; super sport race tail and front fender for your 2002-03 R1’s. The kit includes 3YZFR1SB1 fairing, 3YZFR1SB2 lower belly with oil containment, 3YZFR15 tail, and 3YSFR17 front fender. This is a very affordable way for you to save money on your race bike.
Manufacturing Notes:
- We fabricate each fiberglass part to order.
- Fabrication Lead Time UPDATE: Most fiberglass orders will ship within 6 weeks.

- Cutting, Sanding, Drilling, AND PAINTING likely required.
- Of course, all products require installation once you receive. Common sense is also required.

Our custom made bodywork is... CUSTOM MADE! So we can make it however you want it.
If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.
If you don't want it thicker, please request "RACE-THIN" in the custom request.
We can also pre-prime or pre-paint your parts for additional charges.

This is a direct replacement piece for the R1 front fender. Simply drill the mounting holes, mount it onto your chassis, and go for a ride!

This is the rear fender that mounts onto the swing arm that keeps dirt and other crud from being thrown onto the shock absorber. This is available in fiberglass as well as carbon fiber.

Yamaha YZF100 R1 Super sport race tail
This piece is the right and left tail section and solo seat cowl all molded as a one-piece unit. This is by far the best-looking race tail for your R1 on the market. The solo seat cowl area on this bike has been sculpted by our craftsmen with sharp angular lines that mimic the style lines on the 2002-03 R1’s. Again, this is the best-looking race tail for the R1 on the market. Don’t put one of those ugly box tails on your R1! Get yours today!

This lightweight fiberglass piece is identical in exterior shape to the stock Yamaha piece with the exception that we do not do the internal tab work for the headlights. But that’s not a problem, our sales people have figured out how to mount this bike onto your chassis and save your hundreds of dollars. A crafty guy can mount this onto his bike in less than an hour and save himself a lot of money over the stock Yamaha piece. Give our sales reps a call today!

Yamaha YZF100 R1 Lower belly pan fairing
This is the lower to our two-piece race fairing assembly for the R1. This piece is half of the right and left fairing lowers, the front radiator shroud, and oil containment all molded as a one-piece unit. This piece has legal oil containment for most racing organizations. This belly pan works with our 3YZFR1SB1 upper fairing only.

Yamaha YZF100 R1 Superbike upper
This is the upper part of our two-piece race fairing assembly for the R1. This lightweight fiberglass piece is assembled from the stock upper fairing, the right and left mids, and the radiator shrouds all molded as a one-piece unit. The headlight holes have been filled in for race purposes and the front of the windscreen area has been raised up a little to make a race legal number plate area on the front of the fairing. This fairing works with our 3YZFR1SB2 Lower belly pan.
