TZ250 VESCO
Don Vesco has been around racing for…well almost before asphalt. Back in the 70’s he used to make fairings. Yep, you guessed it… we have the molds now.
Here are a couple of his most popular 70’s designs. The ‘lightweight’ twin fairing is shown on the left. The ‘heavyweight’ fairing on the right fits bigger bikes like triples and fours. The uppers are the same, the lowers on the heavyweight are wider.
The seat shown is the famous ‘Vesco Big Butt’ seat. This particular seat is a later model with the lip or kick up at the rear edge.
There is an earlier seat that doesn’t have this lip, the top is smooth and straight back. Yep you guessed it we have that one too! These fairing and perfect for a vintage restoration and are legal for all vintage race classes.

VESCO6UP - VESCO CR UPHOLSTERY PAN
Vesco CR "Cafe Racer" seat pan
Upholstery pan for the VESCO6. It has a depression that locates in the opening to the storage compartment. You can install the seatpan with some industrial strength velcro for easy access to the storage compartment

Vesco CR "Cafe Racer" seat with storage compartment
Vesco was ahead of the times when he designed his version of a cafe racer seat. It’s got a really cool shape and a nice filled in bottom that creates a storage compartment under the hump, accessible by lifting up the upholstery pan.

VESCO5 - INNER PANEL MOUNT FOR VESCO3&4
Vesco bottom mount for seats
Since the Big butt seats are a lot wider than standard TZ seats, this bottom mount takes up the space between the frame and the seat. Makes installation a snap and looks super clean!
Designed for VESCO4, earlier seat without the lip. Needs some work to install with VESCO3 but can be done with some patience (and bondo).

This is the earlier seat that doesn’t have the lip that kicks up in the back, the top is smooth and straight back.

The fairing on the right is a 4-cylinder or heavyweight fairing. It was mounted on TZ750’s, TZ500’s as well as Brit triples, Harley and larger motorcycles.
