VESCO5 - INNER PANEL MOUNT FOR VESCO3&4
Vesco bottom mount for seats
Since the Big butt seats are a lot wider than standard TZ seats, this bottom mount takes up the space between the frame and the seat. Makes installation a snap and looks super clean!
Designed for VESCO4, earlier seat without the lip. Needs some work to install with VESCO3 but can be done with some patience (and bondo).
VESCO4 - VESCO BIG BUTT SEAT NO LIP ON BACK
Yamaha TZ250 Vesco Big Butt no rear lip
This is the earlier seat that doesn’t have the lip that kicks up in the back, the top is smooth and straight back.
VESCO3 - VESCO BIG BUTT SEAT WITH BACK LIP
Yamaha TZ250 Vesco Big Butt with rear lip
The seat shown is the famous Veco ‘Big Butt’ seat. This particular seat is a later model with the lip or kick up at the rear edge.
VESCO1 - VESCO TZ250/350 TWINS FAIRING
Yamaha TZ250 Vesco race fairing – 3-piece
Don Vesco has been around racing for…well almost before asphalt. Back in the 70’s he used to make fairings. Yep, you guessed it… we have the molds now.
this is one of his most popular 70’s designs, a twins or lightweight bike fairing. This was mounted on TZ250’s,TZ350’s and lots of RD’s as well as Brit bikes.
This fairing and the seats below are perfect for a vintage restoration and are legal for all vintage race classes.
SAR1 - SARRON FRONT FENDER TZ250 1979-90
Yamaha TZ250 Sarron front fender
Christian Sarron, probably the most succesful French GP racer ever, won the 1984 250 GP title on his TZ250, that featured a different front fender as shown on the replica to the left. It will fit all TZ250s from ’79 up to ’90.
We’ve got this fender, and now so can you!

Yamaha TZ250 Anti draft tail section
Additionally, we have the TZ250 anti-draft seat originally designed by Floyd Emde, which was a factory test option in the late 70’s and early 80’s. These are super rare pieces and we believe that Airtech is the only company in the world reproducing this fine old TZ part. Damn, are we good, or what?

Yamaha TZ250 Race tail
T his is Yamaha’s first pointed tail section design, it is distinguished by the little kick in the back.
TZ250EFGLB - 77/79 TZ EFG LOW BOY UPPER/LOWER
Yamaha TZ250 ‘Low Boy’ Race fairing
The ‘Low Boy’ version has the windscreen angled down to approximately the rider’s shoulders, which help give it an aerodynamic advantage at fast tracks like Daytona or Road America.
The lowers are the same for both versions, flat-sided and beveled for increased ground clearance. The front is filled in to direct cooling air to the area around the cylinders.
TZ250EFG - 77/79 TZ EFG FAIRING UPPER/LOWER
Yamaha TZ250 Race fairing
We have an OEM replacement fairing TZ250EFG and our ‘Low Boy’ version TZ250EFGLB (see below) of the same assembly. Both of these are two piece designs with an upper and lower that split at the steering head.
