Yamaha RZ500 OW70 Fairing assembly
This is a four piece design made up of an upper and lower that split at the cylinder base gasket. The two handcuffs can then be pop-riveted onto the handlebar area on either side of the assembly. The windshield is slightly larger than stock and bubbled to offer the rider a larger pocket of quiet air to duck into.
The upper also features two radiator exhaust vents. Underneath, built into the lower, two Naca-styled intake ducts provide ventilation for the clutch and dyno cover areas.
PLEASE NOTE!
You will need to modify the stock RZ500 mounting brackets to mount this OW70-styled assembly on your bike.

If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.
If you don't want it thicker, please request "RACE-THIN" in the custom request.

For the bike’s butt, we have a larger OW-type race seat. It is a one piece assembly with the seat pan filled in and ready to accept closed cell foam padding, or you can opt for the fiberglass pan below.
The whole unit is wide enough to fit over even Toomey exhaust pipes. Two Naca intake ducts are built into the top of the seat for cooling and holes are cut out for the exhaust pipes and stock tail light.
