RGV Replica - Carb covers & intake ducts
This cool air intake assembly consists of 2 carb covers and 2 intake ducts. It will route cool air to the carburetor area for increased performance.

The intake ducts will only fit inside the RGV Replica fairing and will NOT fit inside a standard GSXR upper fairing. You can bond them in with bondo, epoxy or silicone caulking.

You will need 5ft of 2.5" ID smootbore duct hose.

Manufacturing Notes:

  • We fabricate each fiberglass part to order.
  • Fabrication Lead Time UPDATE: Most fiberglass orders will ship within 6 weeks.
Installation:
  • *This part requires CUSTOM installation.
  • Cutting, Sanding, Drilling, AND PAINTING likely required.
  • Of course, all products require installation once you receive. Common sense is also required.

If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.

If you don't want it thicker, please request "RACE-THIN" in the custom request.

We can also pre-prime or pre-paint your parts for additional charges.
