Yamaha FZR1000 Street upper fairing
What we have here is a replacement panel for your FZR1000. This piece has the headlight holes cut open for street use. Although this panel is identical in exterior shape to the stock Yamaha piece we do not do the inside tab work to mount your headlights. But this is no problem we’ ve been selling this panel for over 16 years, so our tech guys can tell you exactly how we bolt fairing on. A crafty guy can mount this onto his bike in less time than it takes to finish a 6-pack. Yamaha does not sell these parts anymore and good, clean pieces have all dried up in salvage yards years ago. If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.
If you don't want it thicker, please request "RACE-THIN" in the custom request.
We can also pre-prime or pre-paint your parts for additional charges.

FZR19 - 89/90 FZR1000 RADIATOR GUARD
Yamaha FZR1000 Inner radiator guard
This is that little piece that mounts between the right and left lower and right behind the front tire. It screws into the side of your fairings or is glued in with clear silicone. We’ ve seen it done both ways. In either case, it helps clean up the inside of the bottom of that fairing assembly.

Yamaha FZR1000 Headlight cover
This piece of fiberglass is used to cover the headlight openings of your stock fairing. It used to be that when you raced in a production class you couldn’ t use race specific fairings; you had to use either a stock fairing or one that was an exact replica of a stock fairing. Instead of putting on a big, flat, square number plate on the front of the bike we’ ve made these little fiberglass covers that pop rivet onto the front of the fairing. This piece helps the aerodynamics on the front of the fairing instead of using that big flat number plate. Track day guys like this because they can stick this piece in there backpack, drive to the racetrack, duct tape it on, and go racing. Later in the day they will take it off and stick it back inside of their backpack and they can drive their bike home. This is a really cool little piece!

This panel covers up the passenger part of your tail section and gives you that race replica look. It attaches to the side of your upholstery with Velcro.

This is an affordable replacement panel for your left seat side. This piece is identical in size to the exterior to the stock Yamaha panel with the only exception that we do not do the pushpins on the insides. It is still easily mounted. Call our tech reps for information today!

This is an affordable replacement panel for the right seat side of your FZR. This is identical in exterior size and shape to the Yamaha panel with the exception that we do not do the internal pushpins to mount onto your chassis. Affordable replacement panel for your crash damaged bodywork on your FZR. This is identical in exterior shape to your stock FZR panel with the exception that we do not do the tabs on the inside for the inner radiator guards. This is a replacement to the FZR1000 right side panel. This bolts up with your stock Yamaha brackets and hardware. Although this piece is identical in exterior size to the stock Yamaha piece we do not do the internal tab work to mount the inner radiator shrouds. This is no problem though because a crafty guy can figure this out and do it in only a few minuets. Our tech reps have ideas suggestions have ideas on how you can do this if you have any questions. Similar to the replacement street upper below, but this piece has only one headlight hole off to the left – endurance racing style.

This piece is identical to our street upper fairing with the exception that the headlight and turn signal holes have been filled in for race purposes. If you’ re still racing your FZR you need this upper! If you want to do a custom street bike, this is also the piece you need. Cut out your own hole and mount a halogen projector beam. This fairing is a must have for the custom street fabricator.
