Kawasaki EX500 Competition upper fairing
If your racing your little EX500 or need an upper fairing for a custom headlight cut our for your street bike this is the part you’re looking for. Basically it’s our EX500 Street fairing with the headlight holes and turn signal holes filled in. A must for racers or track day guys, but custom street guys like it because they can cut their own headlight configuration out. If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.

Kawasaki EX500 Under seat enclosure
This panel replaces all of that black plastic crap underneath your tail section. This panel really gives your EX a sport bike look. An average skill level and normal hand tools are required to mount this. You have to hack a lot of that black plastic rear fender crap off of there, but a crafty guy can have it mounted onto his bike faster than he can drink a 6-pack. It is well worth the effort.

What you see above is our most popular EX500 piece. This race tail is the right and left seat sides, the tail light area, and the solo seat cowl all molded as a one-piece unit.
Your stock long upholstery slides into this tail section and hides the passenger part of this seat. You then take this assembly and install it onto your chassis and latch the seat locks. To remove this tail section simply pop your “seat latches” and remove the whole assembly off the back of your bike.
This tail is popular in race use and legal in most race organizations around the country. This is also real popular way to get a custom race look for your street bike. The taillight is not cut out but the shape is clearly marked on the tail so you can easily cut it out for street use.

We just finished a full length lower for your EX500. This is by far the best looking long lower fairing out there! We put nice sharp style lines in it to match the lines of the upper and large ducts on the side to draw hot air out and away from the motor.

Kawasaki EX500 lower fairing – Modified bellypan
A lot of people race these EX500s and most race organizations require oil containment. This is exactly what you need! This piece is identical to the Kawasaki accessory belly pan for the EX500s with the exception that we filled in the bottom area for oil containment. This piece is legal oil containment for most race organizations. It mounts to the stock Kawasaki brackets.

Kawasaki EX500 Lower fairing – bellypan
What we have here is a replacement part for the Kawasaki EX500 lower belly pan accessories. This lower was an accessory through Kawasaki motors for the 1987-1993 EX500s, and then it was factory equipment on the 1994 and newer EX500s. This is a direct replacement piece for the Kawasaki lower and bolts up to all of your stock brackets. Although, this part does not extend up to meet your upper fairing it still helps to finish off your EX and it gives you that sporty look. Get yours today!

This is street replacement fairing for your crash damaged EX500. Although this fairing is identical in exterior shape to the stock Kawasaki piece, we do not do the mounting tabs on the insides for the headlight. You’ll need to fabricate your own brackets to mount the headlight if you are planning to use this on the street. It is not too difficult to do a pretty crafty guy can usually handle it in a few hours. You can save yourself a ton of money over the stock Kawasaki piece!
