If you're a previous Airtech customer, our parts are made slightly thicker, 30% heavier with DOUBLE the strength.
If you don't want it thicker, please request "RACE-THIN" in the custom request.
We can also pre-prime or pre-paint your parts for additional charges.

Aprilia Falco Upper fairing – competition with mids
This is a great piece to use for a race bike or a track day bike or custom street bike. This piece incorporates the main upper fairing around the headlights, the right and left sides, and the inside radiator shrouding all molded as a one-piece unit. The headlight holes and turn signal holes have all been filled in for race purposes.
If you take your bike out for track days it would be a very smart thing to take off your expensive fairing and headlight assemblies and put our lightweight race piece on for over the weekend.
This piece is also great for a custom street bike guy that wants to do a different style of headlight.
Simply take our competition upper and cut out some different headlight holes. You could cut out two round holes or two cat eyes and let your stock headlights shine through your new headlight opening shapes. Aprilia Falco Lower fairing – belly pan
A racing customer send us the original bellypan off of his Aprilia Falco, that we used to make this lower. All we did was fill in and dam the bellypan for oil containment.
This lower fairing was designed for the early Falco that came with a belly pan but can be made to fit the later naked models, even though they do not have the mounting brackets.
You’ll have to fab a mounting bracket or two and trim around the side stand and behind the clutch around the frame to make it fit onto the newer Falco.

One-piece race tail, this race tail fits the ’00-’04 Aprilia Falcos. This seat incorporates the right and left seat sides, a solo seat cowl area, and the tail light area all molded into a one-piece unit. This tail section has race legal number plates on the sides and removes your expensive, heavy taillights and grab bars for use on a race bike or a track day bike. Get yours today!
