GSXR 750 SUPERBIKE ’91-’92

In the start of our Yoshimura – AirTECH relationship, we did alot of modifications of bodywork for them. The competition upper fairing has the headlight and turnsignal holes filled in as well as the air intake ducts enlarged. We then fabricated some long right and left side panels since Yoshimura cuts the end of their crank shafts off. We cut the side bulges off the fairing so they wouldn’t drag put a dry clutch vent into the right fairing lower and added a couple of bulges for the larger radiator. We made a one piece race seat for Yoshimura and at that point AMA rules required a tail light in the back so we molded in a dummy tail light on the back of the seat that they painted red. We also made a front fender from their Kayaba front ends and a rear fender for their braced swing arms and a lightweight sprint fuel tank for their use.
