Yamaha FZR750 Headlight cover
This piece of fiberglass is used to cover the headlight opening of your stock fairing. It used to be that when you raced in a production class you couldn’t use race specific fairings; you had to use either a stock fairing or one that was an exact replica of a stock fairing. Instead of putting on a big, flat, square number plate on the front of the bike we’ve made these little fiberglass covers that pop rivet onto the front of the fairing. This piece helps the aerodynamics on the front of the fairing instead of using that big flat number plate. Track day guys like this because they can stick this piece in there backpack, drive to the racetrack, duct tape it on, and go racing. Later in the day they will take it off and stick it back inside of their backpack and they can drive their bike home. This is a really cool little piece!
