YZR350 - RZ350 YZR GP CONVERSION
Do you have an old tired RZ 350 and just can’t bear to get rid of it because it is such an awesome little bike? Why not update the styling a little bit to our YZR 350 body kit!
This conversion kit makes your ugly RZ look like a YZR 500 GP race bike. Included in the kit is the main fairing assembly and a front fairing stay, windscreen, headlight, headlight buckets, rear seat, seat bracket, license plate bracket, seat pad, and front tail light and front fenders converts your RZ in an afternoon and you will be riding your new bike tomorrow!
The white/orange bike at the top belongs to Matt Taylor (WA), the 2006 OMRRA Small bore classic superbike champion.

Mounting guidelines
Front bracket:
This bracket clamps on two the steering head with the provided U-bolt. The bracket has two dowels that slide down over the steering stop. It will connect to the upper fairing above the headlight.
Middle bracket:
The two L-shaped tabs reach up through the frame to the bolts on the coil mounts, the bracket than hangs down from those bolts. The ends of the bracket will connect to the recessed bosses on the sides of the upper fairing.
Rear bracket:
Bolts on to the tabs on the side of the chassis. Top holes then line up to recessed bosses on seat. The tail light/license plate bracket bolts to the inner fender mounting bolts.
The fiberglass supper bracket goes right underneath the rider’s butt, flat side down, to support rider’s weight. Stick the seat on, reach up from the bottom and wiggle the support bracket around until it slides into the correct position. It can be rivited to the frame or epoxied to the seat, your choice.

TZ250S1 - 85/87 TZ250S FAIRING W/DUCTS/CUFFS

It is a six piece fairing with an upper, lower, and handcuffs for each side. Left and right radiator vents are built into the molds, which appear for the first time on this fairing to aid in pulling air out of the radiator.

RZ3508 - 84/85 RZ350 FUEL TANK

Shave pounds off the top of your bike by replacing the heavy stock steel tank with one of our lightweight racing tanks. Bolting on one of these tanks will really help you flick the bike left and right. Comes with a nice polished stainless twist off cap and a 3/8 fuel bung ready to accept a Pingel fuel valve, available through us.

This is our one piece race seat. It features a closed seat pan ready to accept our cool closed cell foam padding for a real racy look. The tail light area has been filled in but can be easily cut out for street use.

RZ3502 - 84/85 RZ350 OW70 STYLE FULL FAIRIN
Yamaha RZ350 RD350 LC YPVS OW70 fairing
This is the OW-style full fairing assembly we make for your RZ350. It is a four-piece design with an upper and lower that splits at the cylinder base basket. Two handcuffs are then pop-riveted onto the handlebar area. This particular assembly comes with left and right radiator exhaust vents. Air intake ducts grace the side of the bike, one for the clutch on the right, and the other on the left for the dyno. A fuller windscreen offers better aerodynamics and gives the rider more wind protection. The stock headlight can be used in the round headlight area.
